Drive It Day 2014: Getting Involved

Triumph Spitfire 1500 Drive It Day 2014Drive It Day is a national initiative of the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs (FBHVC) to encourage its 500 plus clubs and their members to get their vintage and classic cars, bikes (and whatever else) out on the road and being used. Its timing in the year is to commemorate the 64 cars that left London on a 1,000 mile trial in April 1900.

Held on 27th April a number of classic car clubs and regular classic car venues are taking part with numerous organised events and runs. However, you can just enjoy the day by getting your classic out on the road whether it has two, three, four or more wheels.

Of course, if you are taking part, either as a party of one or through a larger organised event, we want to see your pictures. Send us your images through Facebook or Twitter.
