Museum Profile
The National Motor Museum at Beaulieu is one of the “must visit” motor museums in the country, with a host of vintage and classic cars, entertainment for the family and even special feature displays and “World of Top Gear”.
The museum is set out in a way that tells the history of motoring through the ages, from the very early pioneering vehicles, up to the more modern classics.
Housing a collection of over 250 vehicles it includes classic motorcycles, cars, buses and even a few ex-racing classics.
You will also get to see World Land Speed Record Breakers, including Campbell’s famous Bluebird.
The museum’s World of Top Gear gives you the chance to see a number of the famous vehicles from the BBC Top Gear show, including many of the “ambitious, but rubbish” challenge vehicles.
There are also a few very famous cars from the screen, such as Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Mr Bean and Harry Potter.
